Can't run manage.py runserver

Hello when i try to run the manage.py runserver, it generates some error in the powershell, please check the screenshot and see if anyone here can help me

Hi! Are you using the Hello Web App setup instructions (https://hellowebbooks.com/setup) or something else?

I can really only offer tech support if you’re reading my book (Hello Web App) as unfortunately there are a billion ways to set up a dev environment not using the book. Sorry I can’t help more, maybe try Stack Overflow?
